What is Yoga?
Yoga is the state of being in union with the Divine Self.
Hatha Yoga is the physical practice created to enable and illumine this connection. A regular yoga practice calms the mind and strengthens the body, leaving the practitioner more focused, flexible, and grounded. Although there are many definitions and interpretations of this ancient philosophical system, the effects of this practice are hard to dispute--a calm, quiet mind; strong, supple muscles and centered, pointed focus.
